I really liked your idea for the circumareolar mastopexy<\/a>. Hats off to real innovation. I can\u2019t wait to try it.<\/p>\n

I am also writing to ask you to consider entering your implant patients in the PSEF implant registry. This registry insures patient and surgeon confidentiality and is easy to comply with. If we can get enough surgeons to participate in this, we can have an enormous cohort of patients in case some crisis occurs. We will also learn answers to questions such as deflation rate, reoperation rate, reason for reoperation, etc. All of these were big issues when the FDA panel reviewed saline-filled implants. I would really appreciate your participation in the registry and encourage you to recruit your colleagues to participate. I am enclosing a registry form that you can copy and use. Also enclosed is the information to log on to the web site. You can enter data by fax, mail, or email. Hilton, this is important for plastic surgeons and our patients.<\/p>\n
